If you had an aircraft or an aircraft accident anywhere in California, from San Diego to Orange County, or from Santa Barbara to Palm Springs, or at any other airport in Southern California including Carlsbad, Chico, Imperial, Long Beach, Los Angeles, Ontario, San Luis Obispo, Santa Ana, Santa Maria, Palmdale, Camarillo, Chino, Compton, El Monte, Hawthorne, La Verne, Ramona, Riverside, San Bernardino, Torrance, Upland, Van Nuys, Burbank, Apple Valley, Banning, Big Bear, Borrego Springs, Calexico, Corona, Lompoc, Murrieta, Temecula, Oceanside, Paso Robles, Redlands, Santa Ynez, Twentynine Palms, Hesperia, Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley, or you probably been wondering if the legislators of the State of California are working on any new Bills to try to prevent airplane accidents or cut backs on food and drinks on flights means that security could also suffer.
I heard that state legislators have rushed to adopt laws to prevent airplane accidents, so I called one of my senators State to see how this would affect drivers in California and suffered injuries. What I learned may only stand on the ground in the future.
"I suppose that the rule prohibiting the use of cell phones will not apply to pilots, right?" I asked.
"In fact, he will," said Senator. "We continue to believe that he can mess up the navigational equipment. Radio transmissions will still be allowed. "
"What would you ban?" I asked.
"You can keep a secret," the senator asked.
"Sure," I said.
"Well, we've heard of drivers used to drink a little love around thing on long flights, "said Senator.
"You do not say what I think you say, are you?" I asked.
"Yes," the senator said. "No more beach parties in the cockpit. The rule against drinking margaritas will be strictly applied to from now on. "
"Well," I said sarcastically. "I hate it when the pilot of my plane starts singing on the intercom.
"What else would you ban?" I asked.
"No more games, and no more card games of any kind. "
"They play card games, up there?" I asked.
"They play all sorts of games," the Senator said. "Poker, video games … We make a list to be included, hopefully. "
"So what else do you outlaw?" I asked.
"Well, you'd probably be surprised that the drivers do now that they have all the food for themselves," said Senator.
"You mean that the food they used to serve passengers," I asked.
"That's right," said Senator. "It appears they had food fights there and using peanuts as poker chips."
Sounds as is more fun I say.
"We do not ban everything," said Senator. "But there will be no more spying on passengers, whether for security reasons.
"What do you mean spying? I asked.
"Are you sure they can keep a secret? "The senator asked.
"Positive," I said with my fingers crossed behind his back.
"Well, you know, those little air vents that you adjust to blow air on your head?
"Sure," I replied.
"Lets just say that allows the evacuation of the aircraft would do more good if they are not little cameras in them."
"You mean that each of these vents are actually little cameras? "I asked." I always wondered why they worked so poorly. "
"You do not hear it from me," said Senator.
"Is not you afraid of doing pilot bored if you take away their little spy tool?
"Maybe they will put on some better in films Flight, "said Senator.
"Just Do not let the drivers have a screen to watch, I say.
"Good point," the senator replied, and made a note to himself.

Aerial photography business can be a demanding task for the photographer and the pilot. Many drivers in the United Kingdom who hold Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) does not specify that the minimum crew of two should be â € "How can you fly the plane if youâ ™ € re taking pictures! If, however, the images are ordered and will be sold at a later date, even several years from a library of aerial photographs that the transaction becomes a commercial antenna Photograph of flight that falls into the category of aerial work. This requires the pilot to have a minimum of a current Commercial Pilots License (CPL).
The difference in training between PPL and CPL is enormous, both in cost and commitment. For example, a PPL 7 requires written examinations and may be done in several weeks. However, a CPL requires all this plus another 14 written tests and the construction time and test additional flight.
Therefore, a pilot employed for air commercial photography needs hold a valid CPL. For this to be current, it must have made 3 takeoffs and landings within the previous 90 days and must also be ongoing on the type of plane he's flying.
Professional development and certification may be required for certain types of aerial photographs. For such as photography to monitor or high-level vertical photography in May require flying at higher altitude. This may well fly in airspace class A which does not only require pilots to take a CPL, but also a valid instrument (IR) and of course the aircraft must also be certified for flight rules (IFR).

Conferencing and collaboration technologies – Web, audio and video – to save time and money, and helping companies reduce their footprint carbon. We all know that. But during the campaign before the national election in Canada yesterday, it became a problem.
"We in Richmond YVR should cooperate with developing a sustainability strategy, leading to a 85% reduction in global emissions by 2040. All aviation fuel should lead to both a tax on regular fuel and carbon tax with higher taxes paid to the high altitude and night flights – because their Nitrous oxide emissions have more negative impacts. Our government should be the installation of videoconferencing equipment in each community more then 1,000 people in 2015, when meetings and conferences will be exempt from GST. As an elected member or advisor City, I will commit to reduce travel costs (economic and environmental) encouraging voters to meet by video link when unable to meet me in person. "So said Michael Wolfe, Green Party candidate member for Richmond, BC during a candidates forum at CKNW radio last week.
Not only that candidate promoter for the green aspects of <a href = " href = "http://www.momentumconferencing.com/% 22> Audio"> http://www.momentumconferencing.com/ "> Audio Conferencing </ a> versus Air travel, but he also called for tax incentives to encourage domestic firms to increase their use of videoconferencing. Although his party did not prevail in the election, the comments of Mr. Wolfe – with which, incidentally, the other candidates in the Forum decided – There is no doubt that this type of thought and action will prevail in the not too distant.
Early adopters can legitimately be proud of the commitment of their organizations, not only for the actual dollar savings from increased use of conference technology cons Travel, but also for their important contributions to the business world greener.

The style is not the only thing to consider when buying a new pair of sunglasses. Make sure they provide protection rights and practices are intended use is also important. Here are some tips to consider.
Fit
Make sure the sunglasses are comfortable. The handles should not pinch your sides. The weight should be evenly distributed between your ears and your nose and eyelashes should not contact lenses.
Do they offer protection?
Too much light UV can damage your eyes. Find sunglasses with labels that indicate 99% of UVB and at least 95% protection against UVA rays.

Each color of the target has a different effect on the contrast of form and color distortion. Choose the one that is appropriate for the occasion, you intend to carry on. Here's a quick summary of different light colors.
– Gray: standard color. The light intensity decreases. No effect of contrast or color distortion.
– Brown: blocks some light blue. Good for snow sports and hunting in the snow and sunny days.
– Amber / Yellow: almost all the blocks of light blue to contrast sharply. Popular with hunters, who aim to distinguish shapes in luminous skies and light backgrounds. However, it decreases color color recognition. For bad driving.
– Red / Orange provide many contrasts. Good for the overcast.
– Purple: provides a good contrast to distinguish shapes on a green background. Good for hiking / camping / hunting in green, wooded areas.
– Blue or green: a high contrast yellow on objects. Good for tennis.
Choose Style
It is a matter of personal taste. There are a ton of styles out there. Examples of some of the most popular.
– Mirror tints: Popular with law enforcement. Polished, reflective glass.

– Wayfarers: Retro, 50s/60s glasses, usually with bright, thick frames.
– Teashades: Rendering famous by John Lennon. Small round glasses do not provide much protection.
– Wraparound: development of shape, sports eyewear. Robust and stylish.
– Oversized: A very popular style today. Give this gorgeous, glamorous Hollywood look.
Gathering of the lens material
The most expensive, but also the highest quality lenses are made of polyurethane NXT. It is a strong impact resistant material that offers a fine clarity and lightness. Glass lenses are heavy, but provides excellent clarity, even if they are too expensive. A more common and affordable option is polycarbonate. This is not as resistant to shocks or less clear. The least expensive material of the lens is acrylic.

Aviation has achieved more than a century of dynamic growth and progress, resulting in the current system of air transport dominated by center Industry and commercial airlines spoke system. The first 50 years of aviation have been a great chaos, a process rapid change, involving disruptive technologies which required frequent changes. The second half-century has produced an evolutionary stability optimization services based on the achievement of an objective function of economic transactions. Over 50 years of what I call 3.0 Aviation, there is potential for aviation to become a user-friendly system more robust, scalable, adaptive, safe, secure, Affordable, practical, efficient, and environment. Read more about the aviation environment friendly initiatives in my Green is the future of aviation as "section.
However, such a global optimization requires not only the ability to perform analysis of the larger system impacts the system, but also the ability to review proposals for new values, involving the various infrastructure and business models that those who are currently the standard of the aviation industry today. While many obstacles exist, including technology, regulations, and perception; aviation 3.0 has the potential of another mirror on the revolutions of the market demand that have occurred over the last fifty years.
Highly Successful innovators like Henry Ford and even the Wright brothers said that aviation would one day be able to achieve an impact in our daily lives. However, after several years of empty promises, rather, from the road-plane capable of AA helicopter each garage, the aviation community remains frozen in a highly centralized world of very expensive and not cost effective aircraft.
Pessimists of the air staff view that the evolution of the aviation market has led us to a logical solution. The optimistic vision of meet government regulations and conservatism of the aerospace community has inhibited the industry. Both are correct, and as is usually the case, the answer lies somewhere in the middle. However, with a view to long term demand and utility, it seems inevitable that in the very near future, small aircraft will have a daily impact much more important in many of our daily activities.
Sport Pilot rules, Training and certification of pilots, aircraft and sports are the result of such a government initiative and industry. If you wish to experience the spirit of what I try to express here in this article, find some time during your busy life, you make your local GA airport, and ask someone in one of these faith-based organizations to organize a demonstration flight for you in one of their planes Sports. And then come back here and give this article and second reading. And leave me a comment here below.
