No equipment is not complete without the perfect selection of accessories. Sunglasses are now as important as an accessory bags hand. The retro '80s and classic styles are the trends for 2009. Bold colors are particularly popular. Since the styles of today are so fun, everyone is able to show their unique personality. The following styles are the current "must haves":
Travelers:
Ray Ban has designed and built the Wayfarer in 1952. This design has introduced plastic sunglasses. Although marketed to men and drivers, Hollywood starlets such as Audrey Hepburn popularized the wayfarer. The height of its popularity was in the mid-1980s. The airman is now visible on many current celebrities such as Kayne West, Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, Jennifer Aniston, Lindsay Lohan and Rachel Bilson.
Lolita Heart Sunglasses:
Celebrities such as Nicole Richie, love to wear sunglasses inside Lolita. These fun and affectionate sunglasses were originally worn in the 1962 film, "Lolita". You can find these fun glasses in every color.
Oversized:
Oversized styles are still very popular.
Millionaires:
Louis Vuittun popularized sunglasses style millionaire. Celebrities such as Kayne West, Rihanna and Paris Hilton likes this style. This trend is even stronger in 2009.

Since then they have been worn by many celebrities. In the years 1980 a similar style called "Venetian Blinders" has been popularized by the band Simple Minds in their "Glittering Prize" video.
