The California State Indian Museum: Located in downtown Sacramento, this poster museum exhibits and artifacts showcasing the culture of the early inhabitants of the state. Basketry, clothing, and beadwork are some of the exhibits in the museum. He also include ongoing traditions of various California Indian groups. It also has a display about Ishi, who is considered the last of the Yahi Indians. In addition, the museum organizes a number of events special all year.
Wells Fargo History Museum: The Wells Fargo History Museum is a compact museum inside the restored building BF Hastings. The gallery also offers a unique selection of paintings, prints and drawings, as well as technical and non-functional ceramic works. A unique exhibition of the gallery is the work done on paper. This gallery is working to instill the understanding, appreciation and awareness of modern styles, expressions and media.
