When an airplane crashes and causes injury or death, it is often difficult determine the exact cause of the accident. Was it pilot error? The pilot of an airplane can be likened to running a business. – Approach landing, leaving the decision made (combination of base and manual control)
– Landing / Exit Business (Sale or other exit strategy)
The reason it is important to understand this is that it is possible to "hand fly" an airplane (and a business) then it should be "trimmed".
